Experienced Advocate & ADR Specialist With over two decades in the legal profession, Vinita Sahay brings extensive litigation expertise in Civil, Criminal, and Commercial Law. She has appeared before various District Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, and as counsel before Arbitrators. After a decade of legal practice, she became empaneled with several prominent government and non-government organizations, including BSNL, ICICI Bank, Northern Railways, and Life Insurance Corporation.

Vinita further advanced her career by joining the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (DDRS) under the Dept. of Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, as an Additional Director, where her contributions were acknowledged with letters of appreciation from multiple government agencies for her societal impact.
