Admitted to the Bar Council of India in 2005, Richa is a corporate lawyer with about 20 years of work experience in both consultancy roles (at Fox Mandal, PwC and currently at Legal Fellow) and in house role with a leading US based hospitality brand (Hyatt)coupled with additional competence in the areas of arbitration and POSH training. Richa is a Certified Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and Institute of Directors (IOD). She is also a Certified ESG Professional from IOD.Richa is a Certified Mediator from DRF Conflict Management.
