Monica Batra is a seasoned legal professional and alternate dispute resolution (ADR) specialist with over fifteen years of experience in ADR. A graduate of Hindu College and Campus Law Centre, Delhi University (Class of 1994), she has dedicated her career to promoting peaceful and pragmatic conflict resolution.

Based in New Delhi, Monica is a firm believer in the power of mediation. She is certified by both the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and Dispute Redressal Forum (DRF). She specializes in resolving complex family, inheritance, and sibling and commercial disputes with a compassionate and solutions-focused approach.

In addition to her mediation practice, Monica also serves as an arbitrator and has conducted arbitration proceedings under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), New Delhi.
