Sandhya has a Legal Experience of about 3 decades can including 13 years of practice with a mid-segment law firm as partner, under Seven departments: Litigation/Civil, Corporate and commercial matters including Banking and Finance, Alternate Dispute Resolution Arbitration/Mediation, Industrial Disputes & Labour Laws, Property & Conveyance, Consumer Laws, Intellectual Property & General Legal Advice. On panel of Securities and exchange board of India since 2007, has handled domestic & international arbitration matters for large number of clients. Conducted proceedings emanating from arbitral proceedings including handling high stake Arbitrations.
Certified Arbitrator from Association of India International Mediation and Arbitration Services. She is empanelled as Arbitrator with Delhi International Arbitration Centre. She has been appointed as Sole Arbitrator in various matters by Hon’ble Delhi High Court. Also an Certified Commercial Mediator, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Also International Certified Mediator from Pepperdine University Strauss, USA. Certified Mediator, Delhi High Court and undertaken advanced trainingalso. Post Training has successfully resolved matters as Mediator in matters marked by Samadhan till around 2017, So, her experience of more than 12 years in mediating/negotiating/conciliating.
