Prerna is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2019, practicing in the areas of Civil, Criminal, Arbitration, Family Disputes Mechanism with equal expertise. Her practice spreads across various forums including the Apex Court of India, High Courts of various states, Company Law Board, Consumer Courts, and District Courts. She is a member of Delhi High Bar Association. Presently working with Dalela & Dalela, Law firm handling various Construction and Investment Arbitrations, Recovery Suits, and Commercial Suits/Disputes etc. She worked as Junior Associate in an Investment Arbitration before the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), Hague, the Netherlands with one of the Co-Arbitrator and also in Domestic Arbitration, drafted Arbitral proceedings and Arbitral Awards. She is working with one of the Software and IT professionals Company namely Kanak Elite Services Pvt. Ltd. Noida, as a Legal Counsel.
