Namita is an Advocate on Record in Supreme Court and have been in practice since year 1994 and have extensive experience of handling matters on the Original, Appellate and Writ jurisdiction of High Court & District Courts of Delhi. She has conducted number of cases relating to Civil & Criminal law, Constitutional Law, Consumer, Arbitration, Family & Matrimonial Matters, Transfer of Property Act, Specific Performance. She has participated in the workshop on “Domestic and International Arbitration” organized by the Indian Council of Arbitration. Presently She is AOR cum Standing Counsel for State of Uttarakhand in the Supreme Court Of India.

Has completed Training programme on “Anti Sexual Harassment Of Women At Work Place” & successfully handled complaints of Sexual Harassment at Workplace, being External Member of Internal Complaint Committee for Greenfuel Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Gurugram and was also associated with Safexpress Pvt. Ltd.

Has successfully completed 40 hours Mediation Training by Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (DDRS) and presently associated with it as Co-mediator.

And has also done Mediation Training Program organised by Mediation and Conciliation project committee (MCPC) in coordination with Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and is currently empanelled as Mediator with Supreme Court Mediation Centre, New Delhi
