An accomplished Indian lawyer with 25 years of experience in legal writing, analysis, litigation, teaching, training, consulting, and project management combined with PhD in Climate Change law. She contributes to thought and practice in legal and humanitarian aspects of disaster, climate change and gender Justice. She is the ONLY INDIAN-Expert member in the UN Women's Global Register of Experts for Women's Resilience to Disasters (WRD) Knowledge Hub. She has advised and published with UN Women, UNDRR, UNDP, and other UN bodies, IFRC, and international consultancies on climate change and disaster, women empowerment, gender inclusion and SDGs, etc. She is the G100 India Chair for SDGs, Ishkama Global Change, (UK Organisation) India Chair for Gender Justice, Climate Change and Disaster Management, Global Goodwill ambassador of Global Org (USA, Organisation), Founder & CEO of VidAikyam Foundation, India & Chief Legal Officer, ElJoJoFe e.V. Germany
