Juhi has graduated her law school from IME Group of Colleges in 2008. She is also a founder of esteemed legal firm working PAN India under the name of Juhi Arora & Associates. She is currently a panel counsel of DHCLSC (Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee) at Delhi High Court and a member of Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) and International Council of Alternate Dispute Resolution (AICADR). She is also a certified mediator, DDRS Nct of Delhi.

She has been awarded with Nari Shakti Award 2023, emerging Lawyer of the year (Mediation) 2022 by Indian National Bar Association, National women's excellence award India 2020 on the women's day, list of 101 influential women 2020, 25 most Impactful Women Entrepreneur 2022 and finally she had judged events at various law colleges and Court Bar Associations.
