Gitanjali is an advocate who represent matters for clients in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various District and other Courts and Commissions since last 22 years. She had worked related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace and is actively involved with the companies/ institutions in drafting/issuance of guidelines and policies for safety of women in workplace. Besides this have been actively advising as well as protecting the interest of the companies via Arbitration, Commercial & Civil Litigation in various courts and foras, drafting / vetting & finalization of agreements, Trade Mark & Infringement litigation, rendering legal opinions & legal support to companies in its day to day business operations. Being a certified Mediator with Delhi Government (DDRS), I dedicate one day of the week to DDRS. Apart from the above, I work with various NGO’s for the upliftment of girl child and women welfare.
