Athar Alam is a practicing advocacy from the year 1997 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and Saket District Court. He is a member of various Institute and Cultural Centre which provide community services to the general public. He has taken 40 Hrs Mediation Training from MCPC, Supreme Court in the year in 2012 and has further taken mediation training at Judicial Academy, Dwarka in 2021. He is mediator from 2012 and has been an active mediator in Saket Court, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. His area of practice is Special Leave Petition (SLP), Writ Petitions, PIL, Matrimonial Disputes, Amicus Curiae at Supreme Court and Legal Aid Counsel, DLSA.
